AIM SECTOR
Privacy Policy
How Aim Sector handles contact messages, subscriptions, analytics and privacy requests.
Last updated:
Scope and responsibility
This notice applies to Aim Sector and its localized pages. The site is individually operated from Brazil under the Aim Sector editorial identity. Use the contact form and select “Privacy or unsubscribe request” to reach the operator about personal information.
Information and purposes
When you contact us, we process your email address, selected topic and message to respond, review corrections or handle rights requests. Do not include passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information. Newsletter signup records your email address in our Supabase database for Aim Sector communications. Signing up is optional and is not required to read articles. Editorial accounts are restricted to authorized editors; ordinary readers do not need an account.
Hosting and analytics
Vercel hosts and delivers the site. Hosting, security and diagnostic services may process request details such as IP addresses, browser information and timestamps to deliver pages and investigate abuse. Supabase provides database, media storage and editorial authentication. Optional Vercel Web Analytics records aggregate page usage and article-view events only when you enable analytics in Privacy preferences. Vercel describes its analytics as cookie-free and discards its daily visitor identifier after 24 hours; this is not a promise that all aggregate records or hosting logs are deleted after 24 hours.
Google Analytics
With your analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 measures visits, traffic sources and interactions across the public Aim Sector site. Google may process page URLs, browser and device information, approximate location and cookie-based identifiers. Google may process data outside Brazil. We do not intentionally send contact messages, email addresses or other form contents to Analytics. Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled in our tag. Refusing analytics prevents the Google tag from loading. Withdraw consent through Privacy preferences. Report retention and other processing depend on the Analytics account settings and Google’s policies; this notice does not promise a specific server-side retention period.
Contact providers and external media
Contact submissions are sent to FormSubmit and delivered to the operator’s Gmail inbox. FormSubmit may use Google reCAPTCHA on its own submission page to prevent spam. FormSubmit documents a 30-day submissions archive; delivered email copies remain in the receiving inbox separately. Articles can include X posts. We load X widgets only after external media is enabled in Privacy preferences. The provider then receives connection information and may use its own cookies. External images hosted elsewhere also involve a connection to that image host. Outbound links are governed by the destination’s policies.
Advertising
The site includes a Google AdSense account-verification tag, an ads.txt declaration and reserved advertising spaces. These do not by themselves load advertising cookies. This site release does not load the AdSense ad script. If advertising delivery is enabled later, this notice and the necessary consent controls must be updated before that deployment.
Choices and legal grounds
We use voluntarily supplied contact information to handle your request and newsletter information for the updates you request. Optional analytics and media are controlled by your consent. Essential delivery, security and editorial access are operated for the legitimate purpose of providing and protecting the site, subject to applicable law; legally required records may be processed to meet legal obligations. You can reject optional features, withdraw your choice in Privacy preferences, or ask to stop newsletter communications through the contact form. Refusing optional features does not prevent reading articles.
Retention and international processing
Contact correspondence is kept while needed to resolve the inquiry and any related dispute or legal requirement. Newsletter records are kept while the subscription is active; request removal through the contact form. There is no automated newsletter confirmation or unsubscribe-email workflow in the current signup feature. Hosting and service-provider retention follows the relevant service configuration and provider policies. Providers may process information outside Brazil, including in the United States. Contact us for questions about a particular record or transfer; we do not claim that all data stays in one country.
Your rights and security
Depending on applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, portability, information about sharing, or withdrawal of consent, and may raise concerns with a data protection authority, including Brazil’s ANPD. We may need proportionate verification before acting on a request. If a child has submitted information that should be removed, contact us. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected security issues through the contact form without sharing unnecessary personal data.
Updates
