Delta Force Roadmap 2027: New Maps, UE5 & Valkyrie

The Delta Force roadmap includes Siege: Valkyrie, a new Warfare map, more UE5 content, Operator Quarters, Detonation, a firing range overhaul, and more planned for 2027.

Delta Force Roadmap 2027: New Maps, Siege: Valkyrie, UE5 & Everything Confirmed

The Delta Force roadmap for late 2026 and 2027 includes a new Warfare map in November 2026, the Siege: Valkyrie Operations map in early 2027, additional Warfare maps and gameplay modes throughout 2027, Operator Quarters, an expanded use of Unreal Engine 5 features, and more updates to how players prepare and socialize between matches.

Team Jade revealed the roadmap during Delta Force's second-anniversary celebrations, with Game Director Shadow outlining the next stage of the game across Operations, Warfare, Detonation, Operator content, and competitive play.

Some of that roadmap is already live. Detonation entered Beta on September 27, 2026, while Operator Archives has already started publishing Operator stories. The next major date is November, when an unnamed Warfare map is scheduled to arrive.

The biggest confirmed 2027 update is Siege: Valkyrie, a completely new Operations map built using Unreal Engine 5 features and designed around a city divided into two areas with different levels of risk and reward. It will also introduce a major matchmaking change: players from different difficulty tiers can enter the same Operations match for the first time.

Here's the current roadmap at a glance.

The distinction between those last two columns matters. Team Jade has given release windows for some additions, while other ideas were only shown or announced without a date.

What is coming next in Delta Force?

The next major confirmed addition on the Delta Force roadmap is a new Warfare map scheduled for November 2026.

Team Jade says the map will push the implementation of Unreal Engine 5 features further than The Mog, with a higher level of visual fidelity. More Warfare maps are then planned throughout 2027.

The map does not currently have a publicly confirmed name.

Roadmap footage has also drawn attention because it appears to show a massive wave or tsunami-like dynamic event changing the battlefield. That footage has led to the map being widely described as Delta Force's "tsunami map."

There is an important distinction, however: Team Jade's widely distributed written roadmap confirms a new Warfare map in November, greater use of Unreal Engine 5 features, and additional maps in 2027. It has not yet published the map's official name or a complete explanation of how the wave mechanic works.

Delta Force November 2026 update

November currently has several significant pieces of Delta Force content attached to it.

The headline addition is the new Warfare map, but reporting from the anniversary presentation also points to an overhaul of the game's training environment. Dot Esports describes an overhauled firing range among the additional features shown during the anniversary reveal.

The competitive scene also moves into its first major international offline event outside Asia later that month.

The Delta Force Invitational takes place at DreamHack Stockholm from November 27 through November 29, 2026, bringing together 12 international teams from the expanded RISE Series.

For ordinary players, however, the new Warfare map is the November update to watch.

New Delta Force Warfare map coming in November 2026

Team Jade has confirmed that an all-new Warfare map arrives in November 2026.

The developer hasn't revealed its final name or complete map layout yet.

What is confirmed is that it continues Delta Force's rollout of Unreal Engine 5 features in Warfare. The Mog introduced some of those upgrades during Season Reorientation, while the November map is intended to take visual fidelity further.

It also isn't a one-off.

Team Jade says additional Warfare maps and gameplay modes are planned throughout 2027.

That makes the November release the beginning of a larger Warfare expansion rather than the final map on the roadmap.

Delta Force 2027 Roadmap - Unreal Engine 5

Is Delta Force moving to Unreal Engine 5?

Delta Force is expanding its use of Unreal Engine 5 features, but it's better to describe the roadmap that way than to claim the entire game is suddenly being replaced by a completely new UE5 build.

Team Jade's roadmap specifically says UE5 features are being implemented across upcoming content.

The Mog was the first Warfare map to support these features.

The November 2026 Warfare map takes the implementation further.

Siege: Valkyrie will also use Unreal Engine 5 features when it launches in Operations in early 2027.

Further Warfare maps will follow throughout 2027.

For players, the practical goal is improved environmental detail and a higher visual standard while Team Jade continues experimenting with more dynamic battlefields.

Delta Force 2027 Roadmap - Tsunami

What is the Delta Force tsunami map?

One of the most talked-about pieces of the Delta Force 2027 roadmap is footage of a battlefield being hit by a huge wave.

The reveal shows what appears to be a dynamic environmental event capable of dramatically changing the battlefield rather than simply sitting in the background.

Third-party coverage of the reveal describes the wave moving across the playable area and damaging the environment.

The roadmap footage is real, but several questions remain unanswered:

  • the map's official name;

  • exactly when the wave occurs;

  • whether it happens every match;

  • how players survive it;

  • whether vehicles can be carried or destroyed by it;

  • how objectives change after the event;

  • whether the map shown is definitely the November Warfare map.

Until Team Jade publishes those details, the safest description is a teased dynamic Warfare battlefield featuring a tsunami-like event.

Don't treat community speculation about its exact mechanics as confirmed.

Siege: Valkyrie is the biggest confirmed 2027 update

The centerpiece of the Delta Force 2027 roadmap is Siege: Valkyrie.

It is a new Operations map scheduled for early 2027 and built using Unreal Engine 5 features.

The map takes place inside a city under siege.

A huge wall divides the city into two distinct areas.

Siege: Valkyrie inner city

The inner city is the wealthier side of Valkyrie.

Team Jade describes it as opulent and filled with high-rise buildings, but also significantly more dangerous.

The basic Operations tradeoff is therefore amplified: push deeper into the wealthy part of the city for a larger potential payout, and you're also accepting more risk.

Siege: Valkyrie outer city

Outside the wall is a much harsher environment defined by damaged structures and competition over limited resources.

The two areas don't simply look different.

Team Jade says they have different rules, risks, and rewards.

This makes Valkyrie potentially more important than another standard Operations map.

Its geography is directly connected to how much risk a squad wants to accept.

Siege: Valkyrie changes Operations difficulty matchmaking

The biggest mechanical change announced for Siege: Valkyrie is that players from different difficulty tiers will enter the same match.

That is a first for Delta Force.

Current Operations structure normally gives difficulty selection an important role in determining the environment you're entering. Valkyrie is being designed around bringing those different risk tiers together.

What Team Jade has not explained yet is exactly how mixed-difficulty matchmaking will work.

We don't yet know:

  • how different gear tiers will be distributed;

  • whether players begin in different sections;

  • whether difficulty changes extraction options;

  • whether loot rules vary by tier;

  • how squads move between the inner and outer city;

  • whether entering deeper areas changes matchmaking or AI difficulty.

Those details should be treated as unconfirmed until Team Jade explains Valkyrie's new rules in full.

Can you extract early in Siege: Valkyrie?

Yes, that risk decision is part of the concept Team Jade has described.

Players will be able to leave with what they have already collected or move farther into the city in search of a much larger payout.

That potentially gives a single Operations run multiple levels of commitment.

A squad that gets valuable loot early may decide that extracting is worth more than risking everything by crossing deeper into Valkyrie.

Another squad can accept the additional danger and keep pushing.

The exact extraction system has not yet been detailed, but the safe-extract-versus-deeper-risk choice is confirmed.

When does Siege: Valkyrie release?

Siege: Valkyrie is scheduled for early 2027.

Team Jade has not announced an exact release date.

Any specific January, February, or March date circulating before a later official announcement should therefore be treated as speculation.

More Warfare maps are coming throughout 2027

The November map won't be the last addition to Warfare.

Team Jade has explicitly said that further maps and gameplay modes are planned throughout 2027.

No complete 2027 Warfare map list has been announced yet.

There are also no confirmed names or launch dates for every future battlefield.

What the roadmap establishes is the direction:

The Mog → November UE5-enhanced Warfare map → additional maps and modes throughout 2027.

That gives Warfare one of the clearest long-term commitments on the roadmap even though individual maps remain under wraps.

Detonation is already part of the Delta Force roadmap

Detonation entered Beta on September 27, 2026, immediately after the second-anniversary broadcast.

The mode brings round-based bomb-defusal gameplay into Delta Force, with one team trying to plant the objective while the other prevents the plant or defuses it.

It initially launched in Beta for PC and mobile, while Team Jade says console players will receive Beta access later in 2026 ahead of the full release.

Detonation matters to the roadmap because it expands Delta Force beyond the two established multiplayer loops.

Warfare provides large-scale combined-arms battles.

Operations provides extraction gameplay.

Detonation adds a tighter competitive bomb-defusal format.

Team Jade can now develop content around three very different FPS structures.

Delta Force 2027 Roadmap - Detonation

When is Delta Force Detonation coming to console?

Team Jade says Detonation console Beta access is planned for later in 2026.

No exact PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S launch date for the Beta has been announced yet.

The PC and mobile Beta has been live since September 27, 2026.

Delta Force firing range overhaul

Another feature shown around the anniversary roadmap is an overhauled firing range.

This receives much less attention than Siege: Valkyrie and the new Warfare maps, but it can be one of the more useful quality-of-life additions for regular players.

Dot Esports reports that Team Jade showed an overhauled firing range alongside other upcoming features during the anniversary reveal.

A better training environment matters in Delta Force because players currently need to test several different systems:

weapon recoil, Gunsmith attachments, optics, bullet behavior, Operator equipment, and potentially vehicle mechanics.

Not every detail of the firing-range overhaul has been published globally yet, so its final features should not be assumed from preview footage alone.

Operator Archives expands Delta Force's story

Operator Archives is already live.

Rather than being a game mode, Operator Archives is a story series focused on individual characters and their backgrounds.

Team Jade launched the first part through Delta Force's official channels on September 26, 2026 as part of the anniversary roadmap.

This gives the existing Operator roster more narrative context without requiring players to discover every piece of character history through Operations missions or limited events.

Operator Quarters is coming in early 2027

Operator Quarters is another significant addition scheduled for early 2027.

Team Jade describes it as a dedicated space where players can:

customize, relax, and socialize with friends.

That makes it effectively a social space outside the normal combat loop.

The developer has not yet revealed exactly how extensive the customization will be or whether Quarters will have functional systems beyond socializing and personalization.

For now, what is confirmed is the early-2027 release window and its role as a customizable player space.

Delta Force 2027 Roadmap - Phantom Blade

Delta Force x Phantom Blade Zero collaboration

The anniversary period also produced another announcement that is easy to miss in broader Delta Force roadmap summaries: Delta Force is collaborating with Phantom Blade Zero.

The crossover was announced around the anniversary presentation, and official Delta Force social-channel mirrors have subsequently carried the collaboration announcement. Independent reporting also confirms the partnership.

Almost everything beyond the existence of the collaboration remains unknown.

Phantom Blade Zero collaboration detailStatus
Collaboration happeningConfirmed
Release dateNot announced
Operator skinsNot announced
Weapon appearancesNot announced
Event formatNot announced
Free rewardsNot announced
Paid cosmeticsNot announced

Don't confuse player speculation with the announcement itself.

There is currently no confirmed date or complete item list.

Is the Phantom Blade Zero collab part of the 2027 roadmap?

The collaboration was announced during the same anniversary period, but Team Jade has not assigned it a confirmed 2027 release window.

So it belongs on a complete list of announced future Delta Force content, but not underneath a specific month or season.

Until the developer gives it a date, listing the collaboration as "2027" would be an assumption.

What has already arrived from the roadmap?

Not everything announced around Delta Force's second anniversary is waiting for 2027.

Several changes are already live.

Season Reorientation brought:

  • The Mog in Warfare;

  • Layali Grove 2.0;

  • fishing in Operations;

  • Rover and Clover;

  • cross-region matchmaking;

  • One-Click Loadout;

  • a rebuilt Operations tutorial;

  • the G.T.I. Field Manual;

  • Combat Support Fund;

  • a reworked Polaris Patrol experience.

The anniversary period then brought Operator Archives and the Detonation Beta.

For roadmap purposes, those features matter because they establish the starting point for the late-2026 and 2027 updates.

Delta Force 2027 roadmap by game mode

The easiest way to understand where Delta Force is heading is to separate the roadmap by mode.

Operations roadmap

The major confirmed Operations addition is:

Siege: Valkyrie — early 2027

Its key features are:

  • new city map;

  • Unreal Engine 5 features;

  • inner and outer city zones;

  • different rules, risks, and rewards;

  • the choice between safer extraction and pushing deeper;

  • mixed difficulty tiers in the same match.

Operator Quarters isn't specifically an Operations map feature, but it will add another space surrounding the normal match loop.

Warfare roadmap

Warfare has the clearest ongoing content commitment:

November 2026: new Warfare map with further UE5 implementation.

Throughout 2027: additional Warfare maps and gameplay modes.

The roadmap presentation has also teased much more dynamic environmental behavior, including the widely discussed tsunami sequence.

Detonation roadmap

Detonation is currently in Beta.

PC/mobile: live since September 27, 2026.

Console: planned later in 2026.

The purpose of the Beta is partly to gather feedback before the mode reaches its fuller release.

Social and story roadmap

Operator Archives: already underway.

Operator Quarters: early 2027.

Phantom Blade Zero collaboration: announced, date TBA.

Delta Force esports roadmap

Delta Force's roadmap also includes a larger competitive push.

RISE Series Season 2 is underway, with international teams from EMEA and the Americas competing for places at the Delta Force Invitational.

The Delta Force Invitational takes place November 27–29, 2026 at DreamHack Stockholm. Team Jade describes it as the game's first major offline competition outside Asia.

This doesn't directly change Warfare or Operations for ordinary players, but it shows that competitive Delta Force is becoming another long-term part of the game's plans.

What is not confirmed on the Delta Force roadmap?

This is where many roadmap summaries become less reliable.

As of October 2026, Team Jade has not confirmed:

  • an exact Siege: Valkyrie release date;

  • the name of the November Warfare map;

  • the complete November map layout;

  • exactly how the tsunami event works;

  • a release date for the Phantom Blade Zero crossover;

  • what items the Phantom Blade Zero crossover contains;

  • every Warfare map coming in 2027;

  • every new mode coming in 2027;

  • the full rules for mixed-difficulty matchmaking in Valkyrie;

  • the final feature list for Operator Quarters.

The difference between shown, announced, and dated is important.

Roadmaps change, especially for a live-service shooter. If Team Jade hasn't attached a date to something, don't turn a teaser into a release date.

September 26, 2026: Operator Archives begins and the second-anniversary roadmap is revealed.

September 27, 2026: Detonation Beta launches for PC and mobile.

November 2026: new Unreal Engine 5-enhanced Warfare map.

Early 2027: Siege: Valkyrie arrives in Operations.

Early 2027: Operator Quarters launches.

Throughout 2027: additional Warfare maps and gameplay modes.

Date TBA: Phantom Blade Zero collaboration.

Date/details TBA: dynamic battlefield content shown in the roadmap footage, including the tsunami sequence.

That final distinction is worth keeping whenever this article is updated. Team Jade has revealed considerably more than one new map, but not every reveal currently has a release date.

The biggest confirmed milestone remains Siege: Valkyrie. Its two-zone city, variable risk-and-reward structure, mixed-difficulty Operations matchmaking, and Unreal Engine 5 features make it the clearest indication yet of how Team Jade wants Delta Force to evolve in 2027.
